Size: Blackberries are large, measuring between 1.7-2.23cm per piece. A characteristic feature of the fruit is the total soluble solids to titratable acidity ratio of 8.32-14.76. They are juicy with a sweet and mild flavor, ideal for eating alone or adding to smoothies and desserts.
